Shipping Policy

At ORYN, we work to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location, shipping method, carrier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at support@orynhair.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

ORYN is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Occasionally, packages may experience carrier delays. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@orynhair.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price unless specifically stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also result in additional delivery time.
